Dear [[firstname]]
Well done to all Spring Box winners, especially our Premier League Champions - Dave & Hassaan were joint winners of the Singles Box and Ben & Gerry romped away with the doubles competition!
Its the new league now though - and both the Autumn Singles and Doubles Box Leagues are now published.
Singles Box League - End Date 29th November
In the Singles League, most box winners have been promoted. However we have had an influx of new joiners and, after your feedback about box sizes, we have also tried to keep each box to 5 players where possible - so although you are all in the right place in the ranking (based on the last league) you might find you are a box or 2 below where you were before.
Doubles Box League - End Date 31st January
All previous pairings who re-applied have been ranked based on the Spring League performance and some interesting new pairings slotted in!
Please don't wait for others to contact you...
I get several messages each period from players frustrated that their fellow box players are not arranging games or answering their messages. So please both play an active role in fixing matches and be respectful if others approach you - eg respond the same day if you get a message or email . If you can't make the date and time suggested, then perhaps offer 2 more in its place...
Thanks for your help and enjoy your games - some great boxes in prospect!
Ian
