Many thanks for entering the Open Day doubles tournament this Saturday, which will be a fun team event with opportunities to play with a number of people and prizes for the Winning Team!
The current plan is to run the tennis tournament between 1 and 3pm and then continue the team theme with other events afterwards.
Courts will be available from 12pm onwards for social play and warm-up, but could we ask each of you to be at the club by 12.45 at the latest for briefing etc, so we can start promptly at 1pm?
If you are unable to take part in the event, then please let me know asap, so we can adjust things!
