I hope you are having a lovely Summer.
Just a quick update on the North Dulwich Summer Tournament. It’s been quietly running itself behind the scenes, however, make sure you keep up with the drama because there have already been some great matches!
We have seen a couple of surprise results, with seeds being sent home early – we must applaud Paul Bainbridge who is flying through his rounds in the Vets! Well played Paul! Also, Patrick and Alex in the men’s doubles - looking good this year!
We only have 3 weeks left, so I encourage you to look at the booking sheets and come and watch some of the next rounds. We are in the Quarter, and Semi’s in most of the categories so everyone is fighting hard to get through to the finals. I know we have some tough Quarters in the Men’s singles booked in next week, plus we have some mixed coming up and ladies’ semis the following week, just to mention a few.
So, please come down, have a drink and watch some tennis!
