Yoga AND Pilates at the Club!

Feeling a bit stiff after a couple of sets of doubles? Want to stretch further for that volley at the net when your approach shot didn't quite hit the mark?

To help with this we now have 2 sessions running at the club on Wednesday and Friday lunchtimes, run by 2 of our members - Kerry and Alexia. All welcome - so please contact them if you would like to book in a session:

Each session blends stretching, breathing techniques, yoga and mindfulness to help you play stronger, recover faster and feel great.

Open to all ages and abilities, whether you're new to tennis or a seasoned player looking to move better on and off the court.

Tennis Pilates - Friday 12.30 - 13.30 - Alexia Coppe

Starts June 5th

Alexia is a Body Control Pilates Trained Instructor with 22 years practice.

Mixed ability class. Great for improving core strength, back and joint health, posture and balance.

They'll be tennis specific pilates exercises : to help prevent injury in the lower back, shoulders and knees; to improve torso mobility and alignment (especially useful after years of dominant side tennis).

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "northdulwichtennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
