Bank Holiday American Doubles Tournament

Dear [[firstname]]

We are delighted to announce we will be running an American Doubles Tournament on Bank Holiday Monday 26th May from 11am to 1.30pm. As usual, places are limited to 24. The tournament will go live on the system on Sunday 18th May on a first come first served basis so if you do want to snap up a place you may wish to set a calendar reminder!

On the day courts are available for warm up from 10am so please feel free to arrive from then but in any event by 10.45am at the latest so we can have a prompt 11am start.

If you have not played this tournament before you will play four 20 minute matches with different partners against different opponents. It’s fast and furious but you do get two periods of 20 minutes rest as there are six rounds in total. At the end of the session the person who has won the most games overall wins!

If you enter and subsequently can’t play please cancel the session as soon as you know so someone else can take the place.

Thank you!

Mike (I’m running the tournament in Ian’s absence)
