We are delighted to invite you to our AGM which will be held at 1pm on Sunday 5th October, either on the lawn or inside the clubhouse depending on the weather. It would be great to get as many people as possible attending & since it is after social tennis why not come along, play some tennis, enjoy a drink (the bar will be open) and stay for the meeting? It’s a great opportunity to learn more about the club and have your say .

I will be pinning a hard copy of this email with attachments onto a noticeboard in the club house. To save paper I will not be printing off any of the documents for the meeting, so please do so as you wish or view via your electronic devices during the AGM.
