Kerry Flower will be hosting a short talk on 'Mindfullness' - something we could all probably benefit from! Its a really interesting subject, so please come along and join us this evening - the rain should have stopped by then!

An award-winning short film, created by Michael Freestone's son, Ollie and his friend Luke, who will be there for an intro and Q&A. Tickets are free, but over 40 tickets already taken, so we are expecting this to be a sell-out.
