As we still have a a couple of months of Winter left, we thought we would put together an interesting mixture of social events at the club to help us get over any seasonal blues!
The most imminent ones are...
Thursday 8th February: Wine Club: Our popular friendly and informal event, which this month is featuring some high quality South African wines, introduced by a professional wine educator. It's good fun and not just for experts! DM me or simply reply to the email if you want to know more.
Saturday 17th February: Our first Ceilidih dancing evening - many thanks for Lucy for organising this! Over 30 tickets sold so far, so its going to be a good laugh - tickets available at £10 on MyCourts Group Bookings.
Tuesday Talks : Inspired by Yen Lin's recent entertaining talks on Tin and (very) obscure footballers, we have a varied selection of talks coming up, including the showing of an award winning short film "A London Boy in Ukraine' made by Michael Freeston's son, Oliver who will be introducing the evening.
The full list of scheduled events is below - please save the dates in your diary and we will communicate details of each one a week or so ahead.
Please let me know if you have other ideas - maybe there is a topic you would like to come and talk about one Tuesday - or do you know of a band who might want to entertain us?
