What is Cardio Tennis? Try it for FREE today at 12.15pm!
Cardio Tennis is a fun hour of tennis drills and games to get you hitting lots of tennis balls and help you improve your tennis fitness. On Saturdays at 12.15pm, each 60--minute session includes:
- Warm up – A pulse-raiser to get you started
- Drills – Hit loads of balls - forehands, backhands, serves, volleys and more...
- Games – Put your shots into practice with fun, competitive tennis games
- Cool down – Recover and get your heart rate back to normal with a low intensity game
