Club Xmas Party 7th December - Please Read

We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Club Xmas Party a week on Saturday and the team is working hard to make it a great event!
Some requests to help make it a wonderful evening...
Timings
Please arrive between 7pm and 7.15pm so we can start some initial fun activities from 7.30!
Dress code
Please wear something slightly festive!
Food
As per last year, we are asking everybody to bring a plateful of finger food for people to graze on during the evening. Ideally something that doesn't need warming up! To help us ensure a nice variety of savoury and sweet dishes, could we ask you please to let Olivia know in advance what you are planning to bring along so she can keep a list and make suggestions if necessary? Please also label the food with any allergens and if it is vegetarian or vegan...
Charity Gifts
Again as per last year, we will be making a collection for the Salvation Army, who will make sure that your contributions go to children in families who otherwise would not receive Christmas gifts. It would be lovely if you could bring a gift ( new and unwrapped please! ) suitable for children between the ages of 3-16 and place it under the Xmas tree either before the event or bring it along with you...if you have any questions, please contact Helen Freeman who is kindly liasing with the charity and will deliver the toys and gifts to them after the party.
